　　由五個單元故事組成的GOOD TAKE，是香港電影新一代導演的創新作品，包括導演曾國祥《水泥》，講述警員9413（周柏豪）前往報案地點查案，最後只留下電話鈴聲卻不見其人，令人毛骨悚然；導演黃智亨的《囍宴》，一個小孩跟著跟爸爸（張兆輝飾）一起前赴媽媽新婚囍宴的故事，童真與成年人的無奈都盡在心頭；導演黃進的《Good Take》，透過甘草演員泰勒(盧海鵬飾)的生活是向資深電影從業員致敬的故事；導演楊龍澄的《不一定》，以型格對比色彩重構暴力血腥鏡頭；導演黃精甫的《嚇鬼》，Charlene（蔡卓妍飾）挑戰鬼屋一夜遊，遇上中國殭屍、長髮貞子和辮子姑娘，過程又驚又笑！五個故事各自有著不同風格及不同戲味！

　　30年代的香港，社局动荡，黑帮林立。香港大亨胡老头这日找到私家侦探哎吆（林子祥 饰），要求其调查胡太太，因为他觉得胡太太这些天表现奇怪。哎吆调查后发现，原来是坏蛋神父卡邦派（麦嘉 饰）人勾搭上了胡太，意欲偷取胡老头价值连城的股票。他们这一计划遭哎吆撞破后，四处追杀哎吆。　　哎吆亡命之际，又发现了胡老头其实并非什么香港大亨，只是一名老千，他来香港的目的就是要骗卡邦等流氓的钱。胡老头邀请哎吆入伙，一起设局骗卡邦。和好友探长罗宾（泰迪•罗宾 饰）商量后，哎吆决定来个将计就计。

　　一名科学家在实验中不小心沾到了一种具有快速成长特性的化学液体，不久，他就变成了半人半兽的水怪。这时，野心分子也想获得这种具有快速成长特性的化学液体的秘密公式，他们遂派员追杀持有科学家记事本的电子专家。后来他们发现了这名科学家的下落，终于在沼泽区这帮野心分子跟科学家变成的水怪展开了决斗。这是一部滑稽可笑的科幻动作片，水怪的化妆和服装都显得愚笨而不能入信，对白亦平淡乏味，整部影片露出了低成本制作的粗糙感
