肖首英是一位放浪不羁的拳击手，因为参加拳击比赛，而失去了患病的妻子，从此一蹶不振，他答应妻子以后退出拳台，绝不会让儿子肖凯去打拳。肖凯从小就有打拳的天赋，但肖首英一直在阻拦，肖凯偷偷的报名参加了拳击比赛，最后赢得了冠军，从此打开了父亲的心结
