 OVA化もされた園田健一原作のコミック「ガンスミスキャツ」の元となったOVA。「ロードバスター」の名を持つ凄腕の運び屋であるビーン・バンデット。ある日、ビーンはグリムウッド家の令嬢であるチェルシーを誘拐した容疑をかけられ、警察から追われる身になってしまった！ 果たして、彼の運命は…？

该片是一部融合科幻惊悚与人性拷问的电影。影片以虚构的西岸港为背景，讲述了新闻记者濮欣(徐冬冬饰演)在调查跨国企业赛尔斯集团的污染事件时，意外卷入一场由其父亲濮教授(张德晖饰演)所在的孤岛实验室引发的基因灾难。当实验创造出嗜血变异昆虫并失控后，集团为掩盖真相切断联系、销毁证据，使被困者陷入绝境。为寻找失联的父亲，濮欣与男友江海(娄淇试验)潜入死岛，在怪物横行、通讯断绝的险境中，逐步揭开实验背后的残酷阴谋。
